Three clay pieces have been molded in the form of three Asian characters meaning Energy, Happiness, and Tranquility. They are sealed, painted, and antiqued with metallic gold. They are then placed on a scroll of red Asian printed paper and gold momi paper. A bamboo stick anchors the scroll and three Asian coins are placed between the clay pieces with a tassel anchoring the third. The scroll is layered on semi-transparent oil paper and a black and white Asian printed paper. Two black enameled chop sticks with red lettering and gold wire flank either side of the scroll.
The black wooden shadowbox frame measures 10” by 21”.
